How do I get a price for a product?
On any product page click “Request a quote”, or fill in the quote request form. Prices depend on grade, quantity and packaging, so each order is quoted individually.
What is the minimum order quantity?
It varies by product and is usually one original pack (for example one bag or drum). Enter the quantity you need in the form and we will confirm availability.
Do you provide COA and MSDS?
Yes. The manufacturer’s certificate of analysis is provided, and MSDS and TDS are available on request. Tick the documents you need in the quote form.
What is the difference between food, pharmaceutical and industrial grade?
The grade indicates the purity and impurity standard the material meets, e.g. FCC for food and USP/EP/BP for pharmaceuticals. If you are unsure which grade suits your formulation, ask our team.
How do I pay?
After you approve the pro-forma invoice, payment is made to the company bank account and an official invoice is issued. Account details are included in the quote.
How long does delivery take?
Preparation and delivery time is stated in the quote and depends on stock, quantity and destination. We ship across Iran by freight or post.
Can I get a sample?
Samples are available for some products. Select “Trial sample” in the quote request form.
The product I need is not listed. What should I do?
Send the material name, CAS number and grade through the quote form or call us; we will check whether we can source it.
