1. Prices and quotes
Prices change daily; only the price in an approved pro-forma invoice is valid. The validity period is stated on each quote.
2. Product specifications
Technical data is based on manufacturer information. The buyer is responsible for choosing the right material and grade and should seek advice before ordering if needed.
3. Payment and delivery
An order is confirmed after full payment of the pro-forma invoice. Delivery times are estimates and may change due to transport conditions.
4. Safety and use
The buyer agrees to store and use materials in line with the safety data sheet (MSDS) and applicable regulations. Certain controlled materials are sold only to licensed legal entities.
5. Returns
Any discrepancy must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and before the seal is opened. Opened goods or goods stored in unsuitable conditions cannot be returned.
