Buying raw materials from Niazavaran takes four steps.

  1. Choose a productFind the product and grade in the product list or by search.
  2. Request a quoteEnter quantity and delivery city in the form.
  3. Approve and payAfter approving the quote, pay to the company account.
  4. DeliveryGoods are shipped with documents and an official invoice.

Payment

Payment is made by transfer to the company account; account details are given in the pro-forma invoice. After payment, send the receipt by phone or Telegram.

Shipping

We ship across Iran by freight or post. Shipping cost and time depend on weight, product type and destination and are stated in the quote. Sensitive materials are shipped in safe, properly labelled packaging.

Returns

If the goods received do not match the quote, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and before opening the seal, so we can check and replace them. Due to the nature of chemicals, opened goods cannot be returned. See the terms and conditions.
